Good morning! Congrats to MAS Ritmo for three Outstanding Performances during Friday's Lunches!
We are very excited about our upcoming Concerts! There's a great deal of information in this week's WEEKLY Blast. Please be sure to read ALL of The WEEKLY Blast.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
PARENTS/STUDENTS: (Important)
Please find your name below. Verify that it is listed and spelled correctly. IF THERE IS AN ERROR, please message Mr. R on the Band app BEFORE 9:00 AM, MON., 10/27. (I have already let the printer know about the Bold and Grammar errors. I just need to know if your name is mis-spelled, or not listed)
CONCERTS THIS WEEK FOR ALL BANDS:
Our Jazz Concert is Tues., 10/28 and our Concert Bands Concert is Wed., 10/29.
Students- Please check to see that you have all parts to your Uniform Please see below for their specific schedules and times.
CONCERT GROOMING:
Girls Concert Grooming Policy:
For all concerts, Girls are required to wear their hair in the "half up half down" fashion. For jewelry, it must consist of gold hoop earrings, a gold leaf necklace, and optional studs for any additional ear piercings. Please see the links below for a reference to what the earrings must look like.
Boys Concert Grooming Policy:
For all concerts, Boys are required to have their hair neatly groomed. Boys must wear all parts to the Tuxedo (Black Tuxedo Jacket & Pants, White Wing-Tip Tuxedo Shirt, Black Boe Tie, Black Cummerbun, Black Studs, LONG Black Dress Socks, Black Dress Shoes)

TUESDAY, 10/28:
4:30 PM - CALL TIME FOR JAZZ & MAS RITMO IN FULL UNIFORM
7:00 PM - JAZZ & MAS RITMO CONCERT
9:15 PM - APPROX. DISMISSAL TIME (AFTER ALL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN PUT AWAY)
WEDNESDAY, 10/29:
6:45 AM - ALL WIND SYMPHONY Members Report to Band Room for PAC Set-up.
*4:30 PM - CALL TIME FOR CONCERT BANDS (CB, SW, WS) IN FULL UNIFORM
7:00 PM - CONCERT
9:15 PM - APPROX. DISMISSAL TIME (AFTER ALL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN PUT AWAY)
